Found a recipe to make meatballs with chicken mince, ricotta cheese and mashed pumpkin. Pop in the slowcooker in a can of tomato soup, sounds yum and possibly something my 2yo might eat.

Just made it this afternoon and it did not look good at all, slow cooking now but I think the whole thing is going to turn to mash...aarghhhh!!!!!!!

The measurements just didn't seem right, I followed it exactly but it was so mushy and moist I had to add some breadcrumbs but it wasn't enough, couldn't do anything else but attempt to make meatballs and fingers crossed I'll see how they cook in about 4hrs.

Has anyone else made this recipe and had success???

If it doesnt work maybe put some pasta on and add it like use what would of been meat balls but now a mush as sauce???
Next time try adding a bit of corn flour, corn flour is used as a thickener and it may just hold the balks together for you sorry iv never made this recipe but I wouldn't mind trying it sounds very yummy smile

I forgot to update this, the meatballs actually held and turned out fine!!!
Of course miss 2yo refused to eat them........
