Beef Stroganoff recipe needed

As the title says, i'm looking for a quick and easy but tasty beef stroganoff recipe. It's starting to get cooler so would be nice for winter. Thanks. smile

I've just put one in the slow cooker that I just threw together today but I'll have to taste it before I tell you if it's any good

This is how i make it
slice beef steak thinly(i use schnitzel cut)
Heat some oil in a pan, brown some onions & garlic, add meat and cook through, add 4-5 table spoons of tomato paste, salt and pepper and some water. Simmer for 10 minutes add sour cream, heat through and serve with rice

I have an even easier one...I use the continental packet mix laugh Quick and easy and it's yummy. We're having it on the weekend.

OMG I made this on the weekend and it is soooo good. Definately be making it again. <span class="emoticon smile">smile</span> I put it in my cast iron pot on the stove for about 1.5hrs and the meat was so tender. Thank you!!


I've used the packet ones before and they are easy but this recipe is just as easy with a few extra ingredients and it is so much better.

Excellent! smile never use packet mixes, real ingredients are so much better. This is probably the only time I buy tinned soup, it's handy to have as a backup when I'm in a rush. Reminds me, we haven't had this in a while, might have to put the ingredients on my list to make it this week.
