Woolies Cakes Made to Order - Prices??? Rss

Just wondering if anyone has had a cake made by woolworths in the bakery? I am thinking of getting them to make me a slab sponge - undecorated though for DD's birthday party on saturday arvo. I am decorating it myself - just don't know if I have the time or patience to cook a slab and doubt a decent size one will fit in our oven.

Anyone know if
(1) they taste any good?? (I was just going to get a sponge)
(2) approx how much they cost??

Thanks.

You can just buy them off the shelf at our woolies. Thats what i'm going to do for the boys party on the 19th. Wack a bit of jam and cream in the middle, a bit of butter cream icing died lots of colours as I am "painting" Lightening McQueen on the top.
