duromine

hi ladies ive recently started taking duromine 30mg to help me lose a few kilos. the only thing im having trouble with is the headache i think they are giving me.. has anyone else had this problem and do you think they really work?

be prepared to be howled down and insulted because you mentioned the big evil duromine LOL
I have used it as it is supposed to be used and it did really help me. You will need to exercise and eat healthily and you will need to continue to do so after you finish the medication. People always say they put on weight again afterward, well of course you will if you dont alter the lifestyle factors that made you gain weight in the first place. But the same is true of weight watchers or any other weight loss method, if you dont make the changes permanently you will put weight back on when you finish.
Drink heaps of water and make sure you eat small regular meals while on it even if you dont feel hungry. And if you do experience side effects talk to your doc or chemist. Good luck.

headaches are usually because you arent drinking enough water. you need to drink bucket loads of water while on duromine and remember to eat small meals regularly.

Definately see your doctor if they dont go away or you have any other side effects

thankyou ladies sorry for late response havent been on in a while. your comments have defiantely helped i stopped taking them for a few days and the headaches went away have since started taking them again and havent been back maybe just needed water like you said lol
