"CALLING NORTHSIDE MUMMIES"

Hey there norhside mummies.....Im Clare and a mum to my 4 month old daugther Charlotte. I am Very keen to start a little group up to get us mums together...not just for bubs but for us mums who need to get out and have some adult stimulation!!! think we deserve it hey? get intouch and i will endevour to start the ball rolling and arrange our catch ups!!! love to hear from all of you!!

Hi Kudgee.....i often check thhis forum but there doesnt ever seem to be anyone on here that lives on the northside?!! well anyway....you and i live here at least lol. where are you? we live in murrumba downs? do you drive? is it easy for you to get to places? we are often out and about every day but would like to maybe get a group up and going for us mums....like to meet up every other week or so.

I too live on the NOrthside, I and my DP DS (3yro) DD(5mth) live at Brighton.
I too would love to get out of the house. And start meeting some other mothers.
I did respond to one a few weeks ago but not a reply. Shame really.

grin Hi there ladies....ok well there are just the 3 of us for the time being so did you guys want to meet maybe next monday 2nd April?? is that good for you ladies?? maybe somewhere quite local and for a coffee etc then we can get to know eachother...and to maybe throw some ideas around of where to have our casual catch ups etc. Dee your from Brighton area...kudgie im not sure where you are....North lakes is always pretty much central or maybe maybe mango hill tavern for m'tea perhaps? or if you guys want to suggest somewhere else then im happy to go along with what ever. although i am now thinking would it be easier for you Dee to meet somewhere at a park perhaps as you have a 3yr old? anyhow let me know what you guys think. blink

Morning tea sounds great! Im not to fussed where we catch up Alex my 3yr old is pretty good i can just bring along a few things he can do colouring toy cars ect.
And we can sus out whether we should do the park next time, otherwise in Sandgate the coffee shop is just across the road from the fenced park we could always pick up a coffee and go sit at the park. BUt thats just and idea.
Plus it might be abit of a mission for you guys.
As i said before im not fussed im just excited! yeow!

Hi I am moving to Bald hills in two weeks so if you ever fancy meeting at a park there i am always happy to do that.

I dont drive and dont think i have public transport to close to me.

I would love to organise it once a week to get my 2 year old out and to make new friends for me.
