Glider Chairs Rss

Hi
I am looking at buying a Diva Glider Chair. My son is 3months old and my back is killing me from trying to feed on couch. We bought a poang rocker from Ikea but the seat isn't upright enough and I can barely get myself out of it when little man is asleep in my arms.
Has anyone used the Diva? I like the look of it and price!
I looked at the Diva glider first. It was really nice and modern and really very affordable.

I did lots and lots of research (and sat in many gliders) because I have lower back pain and needed extra support.

In the end I stretched my budget just a little more and bought the babyhood Manhattan Glider. See here

http://www.babyhood.com.au/babyhood-manhattan-glider.html

It is also a babyhood glider like the Diva glider but it had a few extras like more lumbar support and I also got a free babyhood nursing pillow with toy bar, floor covers for my chair and the free ottoman.

If you do not want to spend the extra I think the Diva glider is still a very good choice as the sales lady in store told me that the frame and leatherette are the basically the same in both gliders, just a few more features in the Manhattan glider. If you can though try the manhattan glider as it really makes it so much more pleasurable to breast feed. I don't know how I would manage without it.

Hope this helps.

P.s it is really easy to get out of it as the back rest returns you to upright when you lift your feet down of the ottoman.
