Mums to Be Clubs in Perth

Hello all Mums and Mums to be

I am new to this site and rather excited as I don't know alot of other people expecting. Most of my friends either had babies a couple of years ago or haven't started to think about it yet. It is really comforting reading your stories, fears and excitement.

Does anyone know if there are any mum 2 be clubs north of the river in Perth? I live in Woodvale. I know mums usually join these after the bubs are born, however I was wondering if there are any clubs for mothers expecting as it would be really nice to meet up with other mums who are expecting around the same time. I am due March 2005.

I don't know of any clubs in Perth but we could always start one if there is enough interest. I live in Como at the moment - moving to Hammond Park in February if my house is built on time.

I am pregnant with my first baby - due on 22nd March.

We all live in different areas of Perth so maybe we can pick somewhere central? Not sure where though. Maybe a park ...

I'm sure there are lots of online clubs but I agree - it would be much better to organise something ourselves.

Seeing this is a busy time of year do you want to meet up sometime around mid-Jan? I thought a picnic somewhere would be nice. Perhaps Kings Park or seeing we all live North how about somewhere like the open Park area on Trigg Beach? It is lovely there and Kristi there is a lot of play enquipment for your little ones.
