Hi my husband and I are thinkung of moving to Kambalda we have 3 children 7yrs, 2.10yrs and 20 mths and one on the way due may2010, i would just like to find out about life there. I cant seem to get any info on line so would like to know about primary schools, child care, hospitals, doctors surgerys, playgroups. plus shops!! thanx

Kambalda doesn't have it's own hospital but it does have a medical centre that has ambulance access. I know that it does have a primary school but most high school students get bused into Kalgoorlie for school.

Kambalda does have it's own Woolies, a bottle shop, hairdressers, post office and I think it has a few clothing shops. Kambalda has a recreation centre that was built a couple of years ago with a pool and I think there are a few parks around...
