DREAM CATCHERS TEEN PARENTS INC is a community based, non-profit organisation, Incorporated in WA, that has no religious affliation.

WE ARE COMMITTED TO SUPPORTING TEEN PARENTS.

Our Mission: To improve the holistic well-being and community support for teen parents; with the aim of reintegrating them into mainstream society where necessary.

Our services are geared towards supporting teen parents aged 12-25 years; who wish to remain in school, return to school or follow appropriate career pathways.

We develop programmes geared towards providing support to teen parents and their children. We provide advocacy, referrals, outreach, group sessions, guest speakers on a variety of topics, mentor support, pre and post natal support and information, goal setting to build confidence and self esteem.
