Hi, i am looking to join a mums group in the western suburbs but not sure how to go about it - does anyone know where i can start? Thanks, Sam

have you had bubs yet? If so you could look at your local playgroup -I am in the western suburbs & know there are some at Woodville, Port Adelaide, Dominican Primary at Semaphore. But you can contact playgroup SA through their website & they can tell your nearest.
If you haven't had bubs yet when you do you will either be contacted by your local CYH or you can contact them & you can do a short course with them (4 x 2 hour sessions over 4 weeks) where you will go through feeding, play time etc, but most importantly it is a great way to meet mums going through the same -they try to group the bubs at similiar ages as best they can & then it is sort of pot luck as to whether you hit it off or not.
