Hi, how's it going?
I live in Hobart and have a 9mth old son. He's always been a great sleeper at night but hardly sleeps at all during the day, which makes it really difficult to get anything done! I'm also 3 mths pregnant so it's just going to get worse!!
Jayden's just started teething(he's got his two front bottom teeth-he looks soo cute!!), and now we're having nightly battles with him. He goes to bed fine but now when he wakes during the night he justs cries and won't settle himself back to sleep. Some nights I'm up 3 or 4 times, which isn't great!
Any suggestions anyone?? I've tried using bonjela.

Hi all,
I live in Hobart and I have a 22 month old who refuses to go to bed. When she eventually goes to sleep at 7pm, she'll wake at 10pm and be up for a further 3-4 hours. I cant get her to sleep. I work full time and its got to the stage where I doze off at work. I've also tried bonjela and Mariette licks it off her dummy then protests for more. She just uses bonjela for the taste

When I had sleeping problems with my then 6 mo I took away his dummy, it worked.
With teething, found Panadol the best (better than bonjella etc).
Also - strict routines for day and night if not already. May be sleeping too much in day if awake at night. By 2, 7:30pm is probably good bed time with one day sleep of 2 hours around lunch, and not getting up before 7am.
