hamilton midwife Rss

Hey
I'm looking for a midwife in Hamilton. I had a csection 7months ago so I am looking for a midwife who can deal with complications but also has a natural approach if everything is ok.
I moved to Hamilton 2months ago so I have no idea where to start.
Hi,

My Brothers MIL is a midwife in Hamilton, her name is Debbie Fawcett. I dont know her but she is currently my older sisters midwife (3rd child) and aparantly she is THE BEST midwife in Hamilton! My sister is quite fussy and I mean FUSSY!!! So for her to compliment her like that is a BIG thing.
I think she is an self employed midwife?? Not sure,
Or she is based at Waterford Birthing Centre?
Im not to sure but if ud like more info just PM me and Il give my brother a call to get her details for you.

Hope this helps, Good luck and a HUGE congrats on ur pregnancy!

I have to recommend Christina Campbell.

I had her for my first pregnancy which ran into a lot of complications. She was there every step of the way thoroughly explaining to me what was happening and what was going on. When I went into premature labour at 30 weeks, she came to visit me at hospital twice a day to make sure everything was ok and leant me an ear to speak to about how I was feeling.

When my daughter was born at 40 weeks and she had complications with breathing, Christina didn't hesitate to call an ambulance and administer oxygen for my little girl, while somehow managing to calm me down and reassure me. My girl was in intensive care for 2 weeks and I wouldn't have coped if it wasn't for Christina. She even completed more visits than necessary and visited me at home up until my bub was about 3 months old to make sure everything was ok.

Christina even helped me through my miscarriage last year when I was 8 weeks pregnant.

She works from Waterford birth centre and has a relief midwife if for any chance she cannot be there who is awesome as well!

You can visit her website Christina Campbell

Best of luck to you! If you have any questions, feel free to PM me smile
