MummyChef replied to topic For all the kiddies STARTING SCHOOL!!!! :-)
DD1 started Prep last year and she was practically pushing me out the door! She was so excited and we never had any drama about going. Ofcourse by the end of the first week she was pretty tired but...

MummyChef replied to topic OMG... 2 members online...
LOL, I'm an Eastern girl and I'm here! Wide awake and bored, hence finding myself here for the first time in about 6 or more months...lol
MummyChef replied to topic What year were you born?
1983 for me!
MummyChef replied to topic First letter of the first name same as first letter of the surname.. thoughts?
My youngest DD has the same letter as first and last name but I think it sounds fine. As long as the names arn't too "rhyme-y" IYKWIM!
MummyChef replied to topic We can't agree!
My fave name out of the one's you listed is Tabitha
MummyChef replied to topic Hubby wants Hunter Jack for a boy
Not a fan because I immediately thought "Hungry Jacks".
MummyChef replied to topic What do you think of ...
What do I think? Felix the Cat. Doesn't nearly everyone from our era first think that? lol
MummyChef replied to topic Sparrow James Midnight Madden
Wow, Sparrow? Harlow is more masculine sounding that that! And Midnight? It's a baby, not a horse. Does anyone else find it strange that Britney Spears is one of the few celebs that gave her kids ...
MummyChef replied to topic Cato
Very feminine sounding.
MummyChef replied to topic Flynn for a girl?
Same, I just don't think it's a good girl's name. I prefer "pretty" names for girls.
MummyChef replied to topic Sore Throat
Wow, there is some super bug getting around that only affects the throat I think! I had it for 5 days and it was like NOTHING I have ever had before. It even hurt to touch my neck/throat on the out...
MummyChef replied to topic ATTN: FOR EVERYONE WHO'S CHILDS NAME WAS SLANDERED ON ANOTHER WEBSITE
Isn't this the third or fourth time you have started this? I'm sorry but I think it's time to get over it. It's a common fact that not everyone is going to like your kids name, and yeah, some will ...
MummyChef replied to topic Fallon?
I went to school with a girl named Phalen, pronounced the same. Not a fan of it, but prefer it spelt that way. Fallon looks very masculine to me and makes me think Falcon or Felon.
MummyChef replied to topic Need your opinions, what do you think of these twin baby names??
Totally agree. How awful giving your children names of "famous" lovers! For the kids sake, I hope she goes with Adam and Priscilla.
MummyChef replied to topic Capyte?
It's a lovely idea to make a name up from your Grandmother's name, but I would have used it as one of the middle names as it that only really comes up in official things, not to everyone you meet. ...
MummyChef replied to topic spelling?
Jaymee can be a little more feminine looking and nobody would pronounce it wrong, but I like the original Jamie the best. Jahmi get's pronounced "silly" because it reads as Jar-me.
MummyChef replied to topic Baby boy name Parker?
Not a fan, mainly because I hate first names that sound like last names. Also, Parker sounds like the noun for someone who goes "parking" a lot!
MummyChef replied to topic Jessica...who? Middle name suggestions
My fave so far is Jessica rabbit lol. Seriously, I think anything short and sweet sounds great with Jessica. I would be looking at 1 syllable names for the middle.
MummyChef replied to topic Need a strong yet modern boy's name!!!!! HELP
