I just wondering if there is a certain time I should stop falling asleep on my stomach?
I have alot of issues falling asleep and on my stomach is the best position for me...
Will I just know or should I try and stop soon?

i am a tummy sleeper too. Neeeearly at the end of my pregnancy and can not wait to sleep on my tummy properly again!
you can 75% sleep on your belly as there is no way of sleeping on it squarely. you need about 5 pillows though. the physio in our antenatel classes showed me. you might be able to google it.
good luck!

I am dreading not being able to sleep on my stomach! As soon as I had my son I slept on my stomach straight away and was pretty much in heaven. Now I'm pregnant with #2 and am making the most of my 'stomach sleeping' while I can =) I think I just stopped when it got uncomfortable.

I slept on like 3 or 4 pillows kinda on my side but on my stomach, well it felt like i was sleeping on my stomach anyway.. I just couldnt sleep on my side or back, it was far too painful as my legs got cramps.. good luck!

thanks ladies...
Can't say I am looking to not being able to roll on my stomach, just going to add it to the list of no no's whilst pregnant haha
Going to make the most of it while I still can...

I'm a back sleeper, so will be looking forward to being able to sleep the whole night, flat as a tack!
As far as trouble sleeping, my Obs suggested warm milk. Sounds really corny and I was hesitant to try but I think it's helping me sleep through. I try really hard not to nap during the day and the combo seems to work most nights.
Stay comfy!!!

i slept on my stomach all the way through my first pregnancy and am hoping to be able to do it again...the trick is to bend one leg up. there is no reason to stop if you are comfortable so enjoy it for as long as your able to do it

One of the most comfortable ways of sleeping on my tummy with my bump is to actually use my feeding pillow!
It fits nicely around baby and still enables you to lie flatish!
Can be a bit awkward to get into position but once you're there it's heaven!

i am an avid tummy sleeper and am starting to get uncomfortable now but i tell you the best thing my man ever brought me was a BODY PILLOW it is the full length of your body and you can stick your head on it and run it under your tummy and down between your legs half sleeping on your side and tummy just takes the pressure off a bit. They are about $30 australian.

I’m 36 weeks and I can’t wait to sleep on my belly again
it’s going to be like heaven... hmmm I’m currently using 3 pillows and a lounge cushion to keep comfy... I haven’t slept on my belly or a good 8 weeks or so
Keep it up while you can!!!
