Post icon  My 13 months old son won't sleep anymore than two hours at a time at night.

We believe we are doing all the right things, we let him self-settle to sleep and when he does wake up we roll him over in cot away from us and just place our hands on his shoulder and bum (no patting) until he falls asleep again.

He is still breastfeed at night generally only once between 10pm - 12am. I am also wanting to stop this but he won't take a bottle. I believe he is getting enough to eat, he has 3 solid main meals a day plus morning and afternoon tea snacks.

We called Ngala who advised for hubby to get up to him during night however this is not always feesable as he works full time and is on the road.

We have no problem with his day time sleeps.

Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated as we are very sleep deprieved.

Hi there,

I haven't got any advise but I am having the same problem with my 10 mth DD. Waking every 2 or so hourse during the night and the only thing that soothes her to breastfeed her.

She used to be such a good sleeper untill she started crawling and rolling...

Would love a no cry solution.
