My daughter has colic since birth and i have tried to following to settle her or give her some relief from the constant crying. Please do share your techniques.

1. Tummy time
2. Massages and excercise - lay baby on flat surface and move your baby's legs as if she is cycling to help wind pass
3. Slightly warm milk
4. Burp immediately after feed
5. Lay on tummy and smack her bum slightly
6. Spread a slightly warm towel on baby's tummy and then roll it on her tummy as if using a rolling pin.

But what really worked for me is Marina Infant Colic Mixture and baby acidophilus powder. The main thing is to try what works for your baby and not to panic, i've learn that the hard way.

Hi! My gorgeous little man also suffers with colic, is eight months and still has a little trouble with it :( I found the best result however was taking him to a chiropractor, who recommended a homeopathic colic relief made by the chemist - Colicare. This is given before a bottle, and regular sessions with the chiro - I have a totally new baby and very happly little person! I tried weaning him off the Colicare to see if he was ready, and not quite yet.

It is all trial and error unfortunately, the worst thing is feeling totally helpless and useless. You can only try and see what works best to make life as comfortable as possible for our little ones! :P

My twins had really bad colic & I took them to an osteopath for cranioligy, it took about 3 sessions & now they have no problems, it also works for thing like reflux.
