Anyone..
I have no idea where I got this but remembered I had it...
ingredients
2packs 2 min noodles
1 or 2 zucchini
1 tomatoes
Handful diced bacon
cup white sauce
Lots of cheese (maybe 1 or 2 cups)
Cook up noodles as normal and drain
Dice up the zucchini and tomato
put 1/2 noodles in bottom casserole dish
layer alittle cheese and then add the zucchini, tomato and bacon
add more cheese and the rest of the noodles. Pour over white sauce and top with more cheese. Bake for 25min (maybe less) at 180C
The more tomato you use the wetter the bake.. It sort of ruins it, so not alot of tomato and make sure the noodles are dryish when you put them in. so let them sit while you cut everything up
2 minute noodle oriental salad
2 celery sticks chopped
1 carrot chopped
1/8 cabbage chopped finely
6 spring onions
Pine nuts/almonds (optional)
2 packets 2 minute noodles (oriental flavor)
Dressing
3 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons white vinegar
½ cup light olive oil
Pinch salt
Grind of black pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1. Dissolve sugar in 1 ½ cups boiling water
2. Add flavor sachets from both packs of noodles.
3. Add oil, vinegar and soy sauce.
4. Stir, pour over crushed noodles. Allow to absorb and mix with other ingredients.
CHOP SUEY!!!!
Ingredients:
500gr Mince
1 or 2 onions chopped
Packet 2 minute noodles (chuck the seasoning you dont need it)
1 Tsp curry powder
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2-3 Tbsp Tomato sauce
1/2 Cabbage Chopped
3-4 Celery Sticks sliced
250g Beans (optional, i dont use them)
1 1/2 cups of cooked rice
2-3 cups of water or stock
Lightly brown mince and onion in a little butter. Add soup mix, spice, sauce and water. Cook for 5 minutes. Add all vegies and cook on low heat with lid for about 15-20 mins. Rice can be added before serving or on the side of the plate
I also make the noodles up, stir through some vegies, then let them cool a bit and give them a quick fry sometimes, just makes like patties of 2 minute noodles.
Have fun

Hi one that my kids love is really simple
cook 2 minute noodles as per packet then add a couple of teaspoons of cream cheese stir and serve! they absolutely love it and it alwasy gets polished off!
another is chicken noodle omelette
make an omelette as you normally would add cooked 2 min noodles and some chicken vegies and cheese!it makes kind of a pizza type thing so could be served with salad!

Begin cooking frozen corn, add packet of noodles and sachet, continue cooking for 2 minutes. Meanwhile drain small tin of salmon and put into bowl. When noodles are ready add these to the salmon and stir through. The heat from the noodles will warm the salmon - yum!

I don't use a recipe I just make it...
cook 1 pk 2min beef noodles.
cook any veges frozen or fresh.
fry mince, add onion - if you want to hide the veges grate them and add just after onion. For flavor I mix together salt, pepper, tomato sauce and little bit of Vegemite - add to the mince.
When the mince is cooked add the noodles and veges, mix.
My girls love this and it is so fast and easy to cook with what ever you have in the kitchen. I also serve it with mashed potato.

Brown two chopped onions in oil, add a tin of tomatoes and cook for a bit, then add 2 min noodles AND seasoning (the prawn ones are good), cook until soft. You can also throw in a tin of tuna and/or mixed herbs, if liked.
This is also an excellent recipe if you're camping

"Mee Gorang" 2 minute noodles are the best. They are in most supermarkets, but if not always in China Town.
cook the noodles and add the sauces(don't add all the chilli sauce provided, as it is H.O.T!), add cooked onions and steamed carrots, brocolli and peas to the finished product.
YUMMY. and a cook alternative to maggie 2 mins.

Mee Goreng are available in our local Woolworths. I agree, they're the best.
