What does anxiety do to you?
It has made me question absolutly everything about myself...I worry constantly... about myself, the future, will everything be ok....I have a constant knot in my stomach. Yet that logical part of my brain tells me it will all be fine.

I have anxiety, im on medication for it...zoloft is what im on. Anxiety makes me constantly feel nervous. i wake up nervous, go to bed nervous. even when im about to go out i get even more nervousand. im constantly worried about everything, future, money, myself, what people think about me when i go out, even though i tell myself everything is ok and its going to be fine it just doesnt make a difference.

I was diagnosed with Anxiety before I had children and was on medication for it. My husband also suffered from it, but a lot worse and they were extremely different.
I had fear of public places and lines and would feel dizzy and even faited a few times. My husband had fear of knifes and would freak out hearing stories about sucicide etc because he didnt understand what his anxiety was.
It is a very serious disease but it also can be cured.
Ours were both created from different things but for something that had happened to us growing up or in our childhood that we never dealt with properly. Once we found that cause and dealt with it (with counselling and self searching, books etc) we tackled the anxiety.
We are both doing well now and it was the best thing to happen to us in a very hard way, because we are a lot more aware of our mind, body and soul and teach our children how important it is to express your feelings.
I can recommend some books to you that put us on the right track
You Can Heal Your Life - Louise Hay & The Journey by Brandan Bays - they changed our life!

The medication we were on was very very helpful and we could go about life without feeling nervous etc all the time. However it didnt cure the cause of it, so it was a like a bandaid moreso. It scary dealing with it and it certainly brought it on for the worst, but it was worth it and heloed us undertand it. Now we are medication and anxiety free.

Best of luck to you, I hope you find your answer xxx

I know exactly how you feel! It started for me towards the end of my second pregancy. The feeling is so awful. My best advice is go and see a good doctor and get some help. I left mine for months and I totally regret it now. I went to my doc and was also diagnosed with PND, I'm on a low dose anti-depressant, but I feel better now than I have felt in years. It's really hard to try and fix on your own, don't ignore it, there is someone who can help.
Hope this helps and good luck! :)
