What other ways can I contact a moderator other than through my profile?

I don't use Outlook Express, nor do I intend to, so how can I get in contact with them?

I can't open my PMs because the 'info' box on the left-hand side sits on top of all my messages! I have to use the search option then type in a key word just to open a message; highly frustrating!

they will usually answer if you write through the forum itself
