Huggies® HOTmilk Offer
1. Information on how to enter and details of the prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Huggies® HOTmilk Offer (Offer) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promotion commences at 10:00 AEST on 1st February 2012 and closes at 16:00 AEST on 31 December 2013 or when all underpants have been claimed (whichever is the earlier) (Offer Period).
3. Offer is only open to Australian residents aged 13 years or over who are not already members of the Huggies Baby Club or Mum To Be Club. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and their agencies and companies associated with the conduct of this Offer are ineligible to enter.
4. To receive a pair of HOTmilk underpants:
a. Go to the URL www.huggies.com.au/hotmilk;
b. Fill in all required personal details and size requirements;
c. Confirm details to become a member of the Huggies Mum To Be Club.
d. Go into your email address and click on the email to validate your entry. Once this link has been clicked your entry will be validated and your order will be processed.
5. By joining the Huggies Mum To Be Club via the above URL the Claimant (Claimant) will receive a 1 pair HOTmilk underpants. The first 25,000 Claimants will each receive one pair valued at $29.99. Total value of HOTmilk undies is $749,750.
6. A maximum of one (1) pair of underpants may be claimed per household during the Offer Period.
7. Colour and type of underpants may vary. Claimants will receive their requested size underpants (Subject to availability – limited numbers of each size).
8. The underpants are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
9. The value of the underpants is accurate at the commencement of the promotion, and no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the underpants after that date. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the underpants with an alternative product of equal or greater value.
10. Claimants should allow 4 weeks from the date of joining the Huggies Mum To Be club for delivery of the underpants.
11. Claimants may take part in the Offer only once. Each Entrant must be a natural person. Any false or forged information in connection with names, email addresses or delivery address will deem the entry invalid unless entrant identity can be verified by the Promoter.
12. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries. Any entry received by the Promoter after the close of the Offer or after all stock has been exhausted will be unfulfilled.
13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the Offer or receiving, taking or using the undies except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. If for any reason this Offer is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the Conditions of Offer.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries, and to disqualify any person for tampering with the entry process.
16. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
17. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Offer. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Offer. By entering this Offer, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Offer and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Offer, and to third parties as required by law.
