Get some photo albums with pictures of your baby, or a magazine with baby pictures in it and call the baby in the magazine by the same name as your baby. Tell your baby a story, pointing to the photo’s or pictures as you go, for as long as she will pay attention.
Make up a story like this, “Once upon a time there was a little princess named Emily. Emily was a very beautiful little girl who had lots and lots of friends. Sometime her friends would come to Emily’s castle to play and other times they would go to the park….”
