Between caring for your newborn, doing housework, and trying to grab a couple hours of sleep between feedings, who has time to exercise? You do! You can tone your arms and legs plus burn calories while taking your baby for a walk in her stroller. This super-simple, fun fitness routine is perfect for on-the-go mums.
Try to schedule your walk during baby’s naptime. That way, you may be able to exercise for at least 30 minutes.

Stretch: Before you start the routine, loosen up your muscles by doing a few squats and standing twists.
Lunge: As you push the stroller, perform a deep lunge with every step. Make sure to keep your knee in line with your ankle, or slightly behind it.
Leg Lifts: Holding on to the stroller, raise each leg directly behind you to firm up your hamstring and glut muscles.
Heavy Walk: Add power to a 30-minute speed walk by using ankle weights.
