Language games

Your baby will respond to any sounds – even sounds in another language – making this the perfect time to introduce him to some foreign words, as part of a fun game. Pick a word like “good morning” or “hello” and learn to say it in a different language. For example, each day greet your baby with “Hello” in English or “Hola”, which is Spanish for “hello”. Begin with everyday words or phrases in any language you like. We have tabled some examples below.
