My daughter LOVES Dora The Explorer and I thought the best cake i could make for her First Birthday is a Dora Cake with boots and swiper along with star and flower cupcakes, as all children love cupcakes!
The main cake is a chocolate mud cake, covered with butter icing and fondant and the cupcakes are Vanilla Butter cupcakes with butter icing and fondant dora stars and flowers.
