Instructions
- Turn the oven on too 200°c to bake. Make sure that the oven rack is in the middle of the oven.
- Get a oven tray ready and put baking paper on it. The meatballs wont stick to the paper and it makes it easy to clean up.
- Mix the mince, sauces, onion, garlic, curry powder and breadcrumbs together in a large bowl.
- Roll the mix into balls about the size of a golf ball. Sometimes the mix doesn’t roll easy so you need to kind of squish it into a ball shape.
- Put the meatballs into the oven tray. Place the meatballs in the oven.
- While they are cooking, you can also cook some spaghetti noodles in boiling water. They will both take about 12 minutes to cook.
- While the meatballs and spaghetti are cooking, grate some cheese and chop up some basil leaves.
- To make the sauce, heat the oil in a pan. Add the garlic & onion; cook till soft. Add the tomatoes and herbs. Cook for 3-4 minutes on a moderate heat.
- When the spaghetti is cooked, drain and place on plate/in bowl, then put some meatballs on top. Then pour over some pasta sauce, sprinkle with cheese and basil.
