Ingredients
- A stir fry with about 6-7 cups of any surplus veges,
- like yellow and green courgettes, beans, spinach,

Lightly pan fry, then add a small amount of vege or chicken stock(1/2 to 3/4 cup).Reduce liquid until mix is cooked to how you like it.
