I`m 35 weeks pregnant and have just come out of hospital for rehydration from severe vomiting. they told me in hospital that it could have been food poisoning or a bug. i felt better yesterday after coming home and managed to eat a bit, but today i have been vomiting again and feeling very dizzy and unable to eat. could this just be a normal thing at the end of pregnancy? oh, they also told me i had ketones in my urine. what does this mean? thankyou.
