My nipples and areola have become increasingly itchy and dry

Hi Alex,
I am 15+4 days pregnant with my first baby, and have noticed over the last couple of days that my nipples and areola have become increasingly itchy and dry. Is this normal? Can you suggest any good creams to use?

Answer: Hi Ema,
Try not to use any soaps on your breasts. You can use an everyday moisturizer in small amounts without any problems.
