What does "single viable intrauterine pregnancy" mean?

im 20 weeks pregnant and ive just had my 20 week scan. Under "findings" it saids there is a single viable intrauterine pregnancy. what does this mean as i have looked on the web but they use all the jargon that i dont understand and the doctor didn`t explian it to me please help.
