I have a 4 1/2 month yo baby girl Charli, I am having a great deal of trouble getting her to sleep longer than 40mins during the day for her naps and she is unable to stay awake for long because she is tired, will she grow out of cat napping and how can I teach her to sleep longer I`ve tried various settling techniques, it becomes difficult because she does not cry all she wants to do is play and she also wakes many times during the night to chat and play. We have established a bed time routine which works well and she goes to bed in her cot everynight with no hassles but wakes often to play. Help!!! What else can I do? And she also enjoys kicking the cot bars when she wakes is this for attention??
