My Dr says the cramping is fine but I want find out...

Hi Alex,
I have just been to the Doctor and I am 7 weeks pregnant. I had a miscarriange about 5 years ago and remember having slight morning sickness. With this pregnancy I have not had any morning sickness, occasionally I feel nauseous and quite frequently have reflux/heartburn.
My boobs are sore a little bit, I pee like a race horse and am very moody...all a good sign? But occasionally I have cramping pain on the left and right hand side of my lower abdomen. My Dr says the cramping is fine but I wont find out if its all ok for another 6 weeks...am stressing a bit now. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Michaela

Alex ...
Answer: Hi Michaela,
Cramping in early pregnancy is very normal and common as the uterus stretches and your hormones are changing. If you start to bleed this is not a good sign but the milder cramps are OK.
Best wishes,
Alex
