I just wondered if you can use nicoteen patches to help quit smoking while pregnant?

I just wondered if you can use nicoteen patches to help quit smoking while pregnant. I have tried to give up on my own but havent been able to. I have tried to ring my midwife but havent as heard back form I just wondered if you could tell me.

Answer: Hi,
If there is no other solution for you to stop smoking then this is better than to keep smoking. The nicotine will still go through to the baby so it is better not to use them if possible.
