Do you have a magic answer for Restless Legs Syndrome?

Hi Alex,
Do you have a magic answer regarding Restless Legs Syndrome? Every since I gave birth to my first(2 years old now) my restless Legs got worst and I`m now pregnant again ( 24 wks) and I can not have a good sleep at all and even day time nap wont work.As soon as I seat and to rest both legs starts to party on.Doctors and other midwives have no answer. Tried having a nice hot shower and lifting both legs-nothing works.I feel tired all the time co`z I cant get a proper rest.

Answer: Hi Maureen,
This can be difficult to treat and all I can advise is if one thing doesn’t work to try something else. You may also want to talk to your GP as medication may help you get some rest.
