Thismorning I woke up with strange tightness in my chest...

Hi Alex,
I am currently 12 weeks pg with baby number 3 and this morning i woke up with some strange tightness in my chest below my breasts and the pain worsens when i breathe in. Is this something to be concerned about? I didnt have anything like this in my 2 previous pregnancies.

This may not be related to the pregnancy. If it continues you need to see your local doctor for a check up.
