How can I get him to sleep through the night without waking?

Hi
My son is 7 1/2 months and is still waking up in the night (about 2am). As not to wake other members in the family I tend to give him a bottle and then he (and me) go back to sleep. How can I get him to sleep through the night without waking. He used to sleep through at 4 months and that all changed by 6 months.
Help!
