My daughter is just over six months and refuses to take the bottle
Hi Alex, my daughter is just over six months and refuses to take the bottle. I do NOT want to stop breast feeding, but would like her to take a bottle once in a while so I can leave her for an evening out. Any suggestions?
Thank you,
Antonette

Answer:
Hi Antonette,
You can try using a sipper cup instead of a bottle. You also need to let someone else offer the milk as your daughter will not take it if you are around – they know what’s going on. Talk to your Early Childhood Health Centre, or Leanne as well for more ideas.
Best wishes,
Alex
