hi i`m 27+3 wks and have hemorrhoids (i`m assuming)they are extremely painful and protruding these last 2 days i went to the chemist but the cream hasn`t done anything to ease the pain. i`m usually not very regular but have been using metamcil and going once a day i`m scared that i`ve done some major damage. and very embarrassed to go to a doc.
