Hi im 36weeks pregnant, i didn`t find out i was pregnant until i was 26 weeks. Everythings been going great, other than heartburn. My first scan i had everything was perfect, he was forming perfectly and there were no worrys. Today at the midwife she suggested a scan as she thinks im a bit small. Im nervous now, what could it mean? Is it something serious i need to worry about like birth defects such as down syndrome or would that have definately shown anything like that with my first scan? She also said it could just be the way hes positioned.. he`s head down but facing the wrong way... please help me not to worry so much
