Is this a sign of something wrong or is it just muscles streching?

I am having a on off pain in my upper adomen on the right hand side just below my ribs, is this a sign of something wrong or is it just muscles streching. I am nearly 30 weeks pregnant.

Answer: Hi,
It may be ligament pain from the uterus stretching or you may have pulled a muscle at some stage. If it continues or becomes worse it is advisable to visit your GP for a check up.
