One of my breasts have become very sore, red and tender

Hi
I am 35 weeks pregnant. I had sore tender breast at the beginning of my pregnancy but haven`t had any soreness for some time. In the past few days, one of my breasts have become very sore, red and tender. What could the casue of this be? Any advice,

Answer: Hi,
You should really have a check up with your GP or midwife. You may have a blocked duct in your breast. If it becomes infected you will need antibiotics.
