Does this mean he is in the "breech" position?

After an ultrasound yesterday at 37 weeks i found out my baby is head up and bum down. His head is in my upper left quadrant and his feet in the upper right quadrant...does this mean he is in the "breech" position? At 37 weeks will he turn before delivery?

Answer: Hi,
Your baby may be in a breech position. At 37 weeks your baby has a small chance of turning. Your doctor may offer to try to turn the baby with the help of ultrasound which can be quite effective.
