Hi Alex,
I have a 3 month old baby and have always rocked him to sleep, mainly for my own comfort i think. Is it too late to start getting him to sleep independantly and is it more then likely going to be harder now that he is use to falling asleep in my arms?
reading the settling tips, is it fine for my baby to cry for the 15minutes while tapping his bottom and at what point do i pick him up before the 15minutes of crying is over, can i pick him up if he is sobbing?
