What painkillers if any can be taken during early pregnancy?
I have been suffering an extremely bad headache for 3 days now and want to know is it safe to take painkillers during early pregnancy and what can I take? I have heard the panadol and paracetemol are ok just not ibuprofin and aspin, is this true and what effects will these have?

Paracetemol is safe to take as directed. The others are not recommended due to their increased risk of bleeding.
