Huggies member Karla was having trouble finding a recipe that was child/pregnancy friendly (ie no raw eggs) but also not expensive to make, so she made one up herself!
Ingredients
- 1 × 150g packet of Oreos
- 50g butter melted
- 500g cream cheese (2 packets)
- 250g caster sugar
- 125g sour cream (small youg size pots)
- 4tbspn cocoa
- 3tbspn flour
- 3 eggs
- optional – add chocolate pieces, biscuit pieces or for adults add 4 tbspn Baileys
Instructions
- Heat oven to 180 degress C
- Crush biscuits and combine with melted butter. Press into a 23cm springform tin.
- Bake for 10 mins and remove from oven. Increase oven temperature to 230 degrees C
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour and cocoa until smooth. Add one egg at a time to the mixture and mix until combined. Blend in sour cream. Add alcohol or additional chocolate.
- Pour onto the base.
- Bake at 230 degrees C for 10 min then turn the oven to 120 degrees C for 60 min.
- Chill before serving.
