Huggies® HOTmilk Offer

1. Information on how to enter and details of the prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Huggies® HOTmilk Offer (Offer) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promotion commences at 10:00 AEST on 26 April 2010 and closes at 16:00 AEST on 20 December 2010 (Offer Period).
3. Offer is only open to Australian residents aged 13 years or over who are not already members of the Huggies Baby Club or Mum To Be Club. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and their agencies and companies associated with the conduct of this Offer are ineligible to enter.
4. To receive a pair of HOTmilk underwear:
   1. Go to the URL www.huggies.com.au/hotmilk;
   2. Fill in all required personal details and size requirements;
   3. Confirm details to become a member of the Huggies Mum To Be Club.
   4. Go into your email address and click on the email to validate your entry. Once this link has been clicked your entry will be validated and your order will be processed.
5. By joining the Huggies Mum To Be Club via the above URL the Entrant (Entrant) will receive a 1 pair HOTmilk underwear. The first 10,000 Entrants will each receive one pair valued at $24.95. Total value of HOTmilk underwear is $249,500.
6. A maximum of one (1) pair of underwear may be claimed per household during the Offer Period.
7. Colour and type of underwear may vary.
8. The underwear are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
9. The value of the underwear is accurate at the commencement of the promotion, and no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the underwear after that date. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the underwear with an alternative product of equal or greater value.
10. Entrants should allow 4 weeks from the date of joining the Huggies Mum To Be club for delivery of the underwear.
11. Entrants may take part in the Offer only once. Each Entrant must be a natural person. Any false or forged information in connection with names, email addresses or delivery address will deem the entry invalid unless entrant identity can be verified by the Promoter.
12. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries. Any entry received by the Promoter after the close of the Offer or after all stock has been exhausted will be unfulfilled.
13. If for any reason this Offer is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the Conditions of Offer.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries, and to disqualify any person for tampering with the entry process.
15. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
16. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Offer. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Offer. By entering this Offer, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Offer and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Offer, and to third parties as required by law. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering the Offer, the claimant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy (which is available on request). By entering into this Offer, each entrant also consents to the Promoter using their personal information for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the claimant. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.

A. Unfortunately this promotion is open to new members of the club only. If you are an existing member and are pregnant, update your profile with details of your pregnancy to take advantage of an exclusive offer for current Huggies Baby Club members.

Q. What do I need to do to participate?
A. Simply join the Huggies Mum To Be Club on the special promotion page by following the prompts, as well as providing your size preference. Once you have submitted your entry simply go into your email address to confirm and validate your entry. Once you have have completed this step your entry will be complete and your underwear claim will be processed.

Q. Will I be eligible for this promotion if I join the Huggies Mum To Be Club from another page on the Huggies website?
A. No – this promotion is only open for those who go through the URL www.huggies.com.au/hotmilk.

Q. When does the promotion end?
A. The promotion ends 20th December 2010 or when 10,000 pairs of underwear have been redeemed (whichever comes first).

Q. Can I choose my size?
A. Yes, you can choose between S, M, L, XL, or XXL. Enter your size preference in the drop down box when you are joining the club.

Q. Can I choose my colour and style of underwear?
A. No, colour and style will be random.

Q. How many times can I enter this promotion?
A. You may only enter this promotion once, with a limit of one pair of underwear to each delivery address.
