Win a 3 Month Supply of Huggies Products and a $500 Gift Card from Kids Central

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Win a 3 month Supply of Huggies Products and a $500 Gift Card from Kids Central Competition (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences at 12:00 AEST on 1 May 2009. Entries close at 11:59 AEST on 30 April 2010 (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are not already current members of Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club. Persons under the age of 13, and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. For a chance to win, eligible entrants must:
   

   a) Obtain an entry form for the Promotion, which can be:

   i. Collected from any Early Learning Centre in Australia.

   b) Complete the entry form, including the entrant’s email address, other contact details and baby’s date of birth;

   c) Submit the completed entry form by:

   i. Placing the completed entry form in the Promotion Entry Box at the Early Learning Centre.

5. Each entrant is limited to one entry into the Promotion. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
6. There will be 4 separate draws for the Promotion. All draws will take place at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred Street Milsons Point NSW, 2061 at 4pm. All valid entries received between:
   
   • 12:00 AEST on 1 May 2009 and 23:59 AEST on 31 July 2009 will be placed in a draw to take place on 24 August 2009 (draw 1);
   • 00:00 AEST on 1 August 2009 and 23:59 AEST on 31 October 2009 will be placed in a draw to take place on 23 November 2009 (draw 2);
   • 00:00 AEST on 1 November 2009 and 23:59 AEST on 31 Jan 2010 will be placed in a draw to take place on 22 Feb 2010 (draw 3); and
   • 00:00 AEST on 1 Feb 2010 and 11:59 AEST on 30 April 2010 will be placed in a draw to take place on 24 May 2010 (draw 4).
7. The first valid entry drawn in each draw will each win a 3 month supply of Huggies Baby Care Products and a $500 Gift Card from Kids Central. Each 3 months supply of Huggies Baby Care Products is valued at $405 & each Kids Central Gift Card is valued at $500. Total prize value is up to a maximum of $3,620
8. The 3 month supply of Huggies® Products consists of:
   
   1. 21 convenience size packs of Huggies® Nappies (the size and sex of packs upon request of the winner);
   2. 4 pop up tubs of Huggies® Wipes;
   3. 3 refill packs of Huggies® Wipes;
   4. 6 packs of Huggies® Change Mats; and
   5. 3 packs of Huggies® Little Swimmers Swim Pants
9. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
10. The winners will be notified by e-mail, and the name of the winner of each draw will be displayed on www.huggies.com.au on:
    
    • 31 August 2009 (winner of draw 1);
    • 30 November 2009 (winner of draw 2);
    • 1 March 2010 (winner of draw 3); and
    • 31 May 2010 (winner of draw 4).
11. Prizes will be delivered within 21 days of each winner confirming:
    
    • whether boy or girl nappies are required; and
    • what size nappy is required.
12. The Promoter may conduct such further draws for an unclaimed prize as are necessary, at the same place and time as the original draw on:
    
    • 25 November 2009 for draw 1;
    • 24 February 2010 for draw 2;
    • 23 May 2010 for draw 3; and
    • 25 August 2010 for draw 4,
13. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Any entry made with stolen, forged, mutilated, unrecognised or tampered with entry forms will be deemed void.
15. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
16. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory where relevant.
17. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
18. The Promoter has no control over internet communications, networks or lines, bugs, viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
19. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    
20. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
21. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion the entrant consents to the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information as set out in this paragraph 21 and receiving from the Promoter future communications by email including newsletters, special offers and promotions from Huggies® unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
22. By entering into this Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they will automatically become members of the Huggies Baby Club conducted by the Promoter and of the Kids Central Club conducted by Early Learning Centres Pty Ltd.
