WIN a Lamaze Newborn Baby Play Pack !
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Huggies’ WIN a Lamaze Newborn Baby Play Pack (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences at 0:00:00 AEST on 19th July 2010. Entries close at 23:59:59 AEDT on 31st October 2010.
3. For a chance to win, entrants must:
a. Visit www.huggies.com.au;
b. Click on the promotion’ link;
c. If you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or the Mum to Be Club, join on-line by following the prompts;
4. Complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly);
5. Tell us in 25 words or less the answer to our Promotional Question ñ ìTell us in 25 words or less Which activity are you most looking forward to doing with your baby when you have some quiet time together?î and submit your answer by clicking on the “submit entry” button;
6. Consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 25 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry).
7. Consumers are eligible to enter once per week for the duration of the promotion.
8. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
9. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. All valid entries received prior to the close of each draw during the Promotion will be individually judged by Promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter. to be held at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred St Milsons Point 2061 on:
- Draw 1 – Open from 0:00:00 AEST 19th July to 23:59:59 AEST 31st August, draw date 1st September 2010
- Draw 2 – Open from 0:00:00 AEST 1st September to 23:59:59 AEST 30th September draw date 6th October 2010
- Draw 3 – Open from 0:00:00 AEST 1st October to 23:59:59 AEDT 31st October, draw date 3rd November 2010
11. There will be 5 winners of the promotion each month for 3 months.
12. Each winner will receive A Lamaze Newborn Baby Play Pack
- A set of Wrist and Foot Rattles (RRP $25.00)
- A Musical Inchworm (RRP $25.00)
- A Puppy Tunes Play Toy (RRP $35.00)
- A Discovery Farm Soft Book (RRP $19.95)
13. Each prize is valued at AU$104.95. Total prize value is up to a maximum of AU$1574.25.
14. All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion question (without attribution) on the Huggies Website and the editing of the answer prior to publication without consultation.

16. The winners will be advised via email and winner’s names will be published on the Huggies website.
17. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred St Milsons Point 2061 as are necessary on 2nd February 2011 for any unclaimed prize, subject however to any directions given under Reg37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). Details of the winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be published on www.huggies.com.au.
18. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
19. The promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
20. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
21. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prizes and these conditions of entry, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory where relevant.
22. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
23. The promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
24. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter.
25. By entering the Promotion the entrant consents to the Promoter’s privacy policy available at http://huggies.com.au/privacy.asp. The promoter is required to collect personal information about the entrant under the gaming laws in Australia. The Promoter collects the entrant’s personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winner(s) and of marketing the Promoter’s products and services, including by direct marketing techniques. The Promoter may disclose the entrant’s personal information to third parties including those involved in the administration of the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winners, the supply of prizes, the relevant gaming authorities, marketing companies, database collators and website servers. If the entrant does not provide the required personal information to the promoter, the entrant cannot enter the promotion. The entrant may access and correct the personal information about the entrant held by the promoter by writing to the Promoter at the address below. By entering this Promotion the entrant consents to the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information as set out in this paragraph 25 and receiving from the promoter future communications by email including newsletters, special offers and Promotions from Huggies’ unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
