Huggies Craft of the Month Promotion

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Huggies Recipe of the Month Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

2. Promotion commences at 11:00:00 AEST on 24th September 2010. Entries close at 23:59:59 AEST on 31st August 2012.

3. To enter, entrants must:
a. Visit www.huggies.com.au;
b. Click on the promotion’ link;
c. If you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or the Mum to Be Club, join on-line by following the prompts;
d. Complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly);
e. Simply fill in the entry form by sharing a craft activity and step-by-step instructions, plus upload an image associated with your craft activity (‘*Promotion Question*’); and
f. submit your entry by clicking on the “submit entry” button.

4. Consumers are eligible to enter once per day for the duration of the promotion.

5. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

6. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

7. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by Promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter, as follows:

8. There will be 1 winner of a prize for each month. There are a total of 24 winners in the entire promotion.

9. The best entry each month will win copies of 365 Things to Make and Do by Fiona Watt and 365 Things to Make and Do with Paper and Cardboard. Each prize pack is valued at $ 59.94. The total prize pool is valued at $1379.04.

10. All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution of you as author of the answer) on the Huggies Website (huggies.com.au) and the editing, amendment or modification of the answer prior to publication without consultation.

11. The winners will be advised via email (within 5 days of the respective judging dates in clause 7 above) and winner’s names will be published on the Huggies website.

12. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.

13. The promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.

14. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.

15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prizes and these conditions of entry.

16. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.

17.
