Yours could be one of the five responses selected each month for the March to December editions. Your response will appear along with a photo of you, or you and your bub. You will also receive a 3 month subscription to Practical Parenting magazine.
Topic One is open now and we will accept entries up until 3.59pm Wednesday, January 5th 2011.
The topic is: “What’s the most useful gift you received as a new mum and why?”
What do you need to do?
1. You will need to Join the Huggies Baby Club or sign in if you are member.
2. Enter your response to the current topic in 40-50 words, your bub’s name and age, and upload a photo of you, or you and your bub. (Practical Parenting require these details to print alongside your entry if your submission is selected for print.) NOTE: You are required to submit a high resolution photo with your entry. If this cannot be done, Practical Parenting reserves the right to select another entrant to be published.
3. Select the “Enter promotion” button at the bottom of the page.
4. There is one response allowed per household per topic and all responses for a particular topic must be submitted while the topic is open on the website.

Terms and Conditions
Huggies Mothers Group Offer
1. Information on how to submit a response and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Submitting a response to the Huggies Mothers Group is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The offer commences at 16:00 AEST on 20/12/2010. Responses to all topics must be received by close at 16:00 AEST 11/05/2011.
3. The invitation is only to Australian residents who are current members of Huggies Baby Club or Mum To Be Club.
4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with this offer, are ineligible to enter.
For a chance to be published in Practical Parenting and win a three month subscription to Practical Parenting, entrants must:
a. go to Huggies’ website (www.huggies.com.au) and sign in as a member;
b. follow the link to the offer;
c. complete the on-line submission on the relevant topic (with all information entered correctly) including indicating their consent to receive future Huggies Club Communications;
d. Attach a high res photo of parent and baby, or just parent and;
e. press “submit” to send response and photo.
5. By entering this promotion, entrants are consenting to receive future emails and marketing communications from the Promoter.
6. To be eligible to be selected respondents must submit a high res photo (at least 3MB). If this cannot be done, Practical Parenting reserves the right to select another entrant to be published. Practical Parenting may contact an entrant to request the photo in high res.
7. Respondents may only submit one response per topic.
8. All valid responses received prior to the close of the offer will be individually reviewed by promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter on the following dates:
- Topic 1: Responses received 16:00 AEST 20/12/2010 to 15:59 AEST 05/01/2011 will be judged on 13 January 2011 at 2pm local time;
- Topic 2: Responses received 16:00 AEST 05/01/2011 to 15:59 AEST 19/01/2011 will be judged on 20 January 2011at 2pm local time;
- Topic 3: Responses received 16:00 AEST 19/01/2011 to 15:59 AEST 02/02/2011 will be judged on 8 February 2011 at 2pm local time;
- Topic 4: Responses received 16:00 AEST 02/02/2011 to 15:59 AEST 16/02/2011will be judged on 16 March 2011 at 2pm local time;
- Topic 5: Responses received 16:00 AEST 16/02/2011 to 15:59 AEST 02/03/2011 will be judged on 14 April 2011 at 2pm local time;
- Topic 6: Responses received 16:00 AEST 02/03/2011to 15:59 AEST 16/03/2011 will be judged on 10 May 2011 at 2pm local time;
- Topic 7: Responses received 16:00 AEST 16/03/2011 to 15:59 AEST 30/03/2011 will be judged on 15 June 2011 at 2pm local time;
- Topic 8: Responses received 16:00 AEST 30/03/2011 to 15:59 AEST 13/04/2011 will be judged on 13 July 2011 at 2pm local time;
- Topic 9: Responses received 16:00 AEST 13/04/2011 to 15:59 AEST 27/04/2011 will be judged on 9 August 2011 at 2pm local time;
- Topic 10: Responses received 16:00 AEST 27/04/2011 to 16:00 AEST 11/05/2011 will be judged on 6 September 2011 at 2pm local time;
9. The five responses that are published in Practical Parenting each month will win a three month subscription to Practical Parenting Magazine valued at $17.85 each.
10. Each prize is valued at $17.85. Total prize value is up to a maximum of $892.50 (based on 5 selected responses per edition). All responses will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the image, presentation and creative merit and originality of response. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the Offer, you authorise the reproduction of your entry (without attribution) in Practical Parenting magazine, and on the Huggies Website without consultation.
11. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the offer. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
12. Those who will be published will be advised via email or phone by Practical Parenting.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
15. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
16. If for any reason this offer is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the offer including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory where relevant.
17. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
18. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. All claims and submissions become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the offer. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the offer. The Promoter may use personal information for future marketing purposes. Entrants will not be entered into the offer if they do not consent to receive future marketing communications from the Promoter.
20. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Q. Do I have to be a member of the Huggies Baby Club to submit my response?
A. Yes, this is a special invitation available only to our Huggies Baby Club or Mum To Be Club members. Join now if you are not already a member.
Q. Do I need to provide any barcodes to participate?
A. No, just submit your response. This involves entering a response to the topic and sending in a picture of you, or you and your child.
Q. Do I have to provide a photo?
A. Yes, to have the chance of being published you will need to supply a photo of you or you and your child. Remember that this image may appear in Practical Parenting.
Q. I’m having trouble submitting my response.

Q. How many times can I enter a submission?
A. You are able to enter once per discussion topic.
Q. How long does each topic run for?
A. Topics will each be open for approximately 2 weeks each. Check the date on the page to find out when the current topic will close.
Q. How many responses will be published in Practical Parenting?
A. There will be 5 responses published in each edition of Practical Parenting magazine until the end of the year. Each of these respondents will receive a three month subscription to Practical Parenting.
Q. Will the different topics on the Huggies website be included in the same edition of Practical Parenting?
A. No – each edition of Practical Parenting for the remainder of the year will contain a different topic which will be featured on the website prior.
Q. How can I find out if my response will appear in Practical Parenting?
A. If your response is going to be published, you will be notified by Practical Parenting, and alerted to the edition that you will be in.
Q. Will I be told soon after I send my response?
A. Not necessarily – Practical Parenting will collect responses early on in the year to use right up until the December issue, so you might get a nice surprise towards the end of the year!
Q. Does my photo need to be a certain size?
A. Yes, you need to submit a high quality photo of at least 3MB. However, if you are selected you may be required to supply Practical Parenting with a high resolution photo (high quality over 3MB), or a hard copy of the photo. If you cannot supply a photo to the quality needed, you may forfeit the chance to be published.
Q. How will I know if my digital photo is 3MB?
A. You can change the settings on your camera to increase the resolution on your camera. You will be able to tell what size this is either by a) having it appear when reviewing it on your camera, or b) rolling your mouse over it when it is saved on your computer.
