Huggies Arts and Crafts promotion

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Huggies (AUS) Arts and Crafts promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences at 14:00:00 AEST on 1st September 2008. Entries close at 23:59:59 AEST 30th August 2009.
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are current members of Huggies Baby Club or Mum To Be Club.
4. Persons under the age of 13, and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
5. For a chance to win, entrants must:
   a. go to Huggies’ website (www.huggies.com.au) and sign in as a member;
   b. follow the link to the Promotion;
   c. complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly) including indicating their consent to receive future Huggies Club Communications; and;
   d. press “enter” to enter the Promotion.
   
6. Entrants must consent to receiving future emails and marketing communications from the Promoter to be able to enter the Promotion. Entrants must indicate their consent before they will be able to submit their entry into the Promotion.
7. Entrants may enter the Promotion on more than one occasion, but each entry must be completed on a separate on-line entry form (with all information entered correctly) and each entrant is not permitted to submit more than one entry per week.
   
8. All valid entries received prior to the close of the promotion will be individually judged by promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter. To be held at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred St Milsons Point 2061 on the following date:
   
   • Entries received 01/09/09 to 30/09/09 will be drawn on 6 Oct 2009 at 2pm local time;
   • Entries received 01/10/09 to 31/10/09 will be drawn on 3 Nov 2009 at 2pm local time;
   • Entries received 01/11/09 to 30/11/09 will be drawn on 8 Dec 2009 at 2pm local time;
   • Entries received 01/12/09 to 31/12/09 will be drawn on 12 Jan 2010 at 2pm local time;
   • Entries received 01/01/10 to 31/01/10 will be drawn on 2 Feb 2010 at 2pm local time;
   • Entries received 01/02/10 to 28/02/10 will be drawn on 9 Mar 2010 at 2pm local time;
   • Entries received 01/03/10 to 31/03/10 will be drawn on 6 April 2010 at 2pm local time;
   • Entries received 01/04/10 to 30/04/10 will be drawn on 11 May 2010 at 2pm local time;
   • Entries received 01/05/10 to 31/05/10 will be drawn on 8 June 2010 at 2pm local time;
   • Entries received 01/06/10 to 30/06/10 will be drawn on 6 July 2010 at 2pm local time;
   • Entries received 01/07/10 to 31/07/10 will be drawn on 10 August 2010 at 2pm local time;
   • Entries received 01/08/10 to 30/08/10 will be drawn on 7 September 2010 at 2pm local time;

   The best entry each month will win a copy of the book – Crafty Things to Make and Do by Jane Bull.
   
9. Each prize is valued at $16.95. Total prize value is up to a maximum of $203.40.
   
10. All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the image, presentation and creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the Promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your entry (without attribution) on the Huggies Website without consultation.
11. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
12. The winners will be advised via email or phone and winner’s names will be published on www.huggies.com.au.
13. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred St Milsons Point 2061 as are necessary for any unclaimed prize on the 30 November 2009 subject however to any directions given under Reg37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). Details of the winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be published on www.huggies.com.au.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
16. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
17. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory where relevant.
18. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
19. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
20. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. The Promoter may use personal information for future marketing purposes. Entrants will not be entered into the Promotion if they do not consent to receive future marketing communications from the Promoter. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The Promoter may provide personal information relating to entrants to organisations that assist the Promoter with promotional, marketing and publicity activities.
